Date: July 18
Bring: Completed and signed Physical Form (dowloaded at www.ohsaa.org)
Time: 8:00am-11:00am (Bus will be offered to Norwood Athletes at 8:30am)
Site: Tri-Health Fitness and Health Pavilion (Pfeiffer Rd.)
Cost: $20 ($10 goes back to the Sports Medicine program)
Dress: Shorts/T-Shirt for examination
